Stanford Hotel Hong Kong

Recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Hong Kong and had a fantastic experience. One of my favorite moments was when I arrived and was greeted by a helpful staff member named Otto. He not only assisted with my check-in process but also were very good by providing advice on money exchange and helping me with my bags. It was a warm welcome that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The check-in itself was fast and efficient, thanks to the team was good and polite. The rooms may have been small, but they were comfortable and clean. Plus, I was kinda surprised to find international adapters already placed in each room, along with an iPhone that provided useful information and discounts for exploring the city. The comfortable king bed made for a good night's sleep, and the convenient location of the hotel allowed me to easily explore nearby shops, cafes, and the famous Ladies Market. The value for money was really good, especially compared to other higher-rated hotels I've stayed in. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like occasional noise from a nearby school, overall I had a great experience at this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central and affordable place to stay in Hong Kong.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located near the entertainment district and is just a short walk to Mongkok metro station. There are also plenty of shops and eateries in the area. The rooms are well-furnished and come with amenities like a smartphone with unlimited calls and Wi-Fi hotspot. The front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel even offers a free shuttle bus to nearby locations near the harbor.

Soundproofing in the rooms could be better.

The hotel is a bit far from the Airport Express Kowloon station, about a 15-20 minute taxi ride. It may not be the best location for those looking for a quick overnight stay.
